The person behind the practice
Beyond the Office
When she is not in session or recording the podcast, Roslynn is a wife and mama herself — which means she brings lived experience, not just clinical theory, to every conversation about marriage, motherhood, and the messy middle of real life.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, especially when faith plays an important role in how you understand yourself, your relationships, and your healing process. A Christian therapist can provide a professional therapeutic environment while also understanding the importance that faith, Scripture, prayer, and spiritual values may have in a client's life.
The therapeutic approach here combines clinical mental health training with faith integration, creating space to discuss emotional wellbeing without treating spirituality as separate from the rest of the person. Clients may bring concerns involving anxiety, grief, identity, motherhood, family relationships, marriage, betrayal, burnout, or significant life transitions.
Christian relationship counseling can be particularly helpful for couples who want to address communication problems, conflict, emotional disconnection, betrayal, or changes within their marriage while keeping their shared faith in the conversation. The goal is to meet each client where they are — some may want Scripture and prayer incorporated directly into sessions, while others may simply want a therapist who understands and respects their Christian beliefs.
